Amending some provisions of Royal Decree No. 48/2004 establishing the Agricultural and Fishing Development Fund and issuing its system

After perusal of the Basic Law of the State issued by Royal Decree No. 101/96 and Royal Decree No. 48/2004 establishing the Agricultural and Fishing Development Fund, and promulgating its system, and based on what the public interest requires.

We have drawn up what is in the first article

It works with regard to the Agricultural and Fisheries Development Fund, according to the provisions of the attached system.

Article Two

The text of Article Two of the aforementioned Royal Decree No. 48/2004 shall be replaced by the following text: “The Fund is subject to the supervision of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.

Article Three

The system of the Agricultural and Fisheries Development Fund attached to the aforementioned Royal Decree No. 48/2004, as well as everything that contravenes this decree and the attached system, or contravenes their provisions, shall be repealed.

Article Four

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication.
